Terms of Service

1. The service

Styailer composes complete outfits (and specifications in other studios) from real, purchasable pieces and explains its choices, with links to the retailers that sell them. Recommendations are generated with AI assistance and deterministic checks. Availability, sizing and prices come from third-party retailers and can change; where we cannot source a piece we say so rather than invent one.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use Styailer.

3. Credits and billing

• One brief — one composed look — spends one credit. Refining or swapping within a look does not.
• Plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle; credit packs are one-off and do not expire.
• If the engine cannot compose a look for your brief, the credit is returned automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current period.

4. Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase for a refund. Because Styailer is digital content and a service supplied immediately, by starting to use it within that period — for example by spending a credit — you agree the service begins at once and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel for anything already supplied. Unused subscription time and unused credit packs can still be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

5. AI-generated recommendations

Our styling advice is exactly that — advice, offered in good faith. Fit, colour and suitability are ultimately your judgement, and purchases are made with the retailer, not with us. We are not liable for third-party products, their availability, or their prices, and to the extent permitted by law our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload nude, explicit, violent, unlawful, or infringing content, nor use the service to break the law or abuse it technically. We use automated moderation and may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Affiliate links

Some outbound product links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences what the engine recommends — see our affiliate disclosure.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Contact us at support@styailer.com.
